Sorry I missed the first part of the race. Had a big camping trip in the desert. Met a nice German couple at Death Valley, who became my camping neighbors, and bonfire/drinking partners. Great fun, now time to get interested in Dakar racing again!

Too bad Robby had the transmission problem…no chance for podium now, but hopefully we will still get some good action out of him on some stages. King Carlos looking great, eh? What a cool guy he is.
