It’s sad for Nasser, Tina, the team and also the rallye to lose the top VW challenger – but this is the sport. The rules are clear, if you miss too many waypoints you are excluded – and they did it on purpose trying to save their engine. Being at this professional level I think they should have been aware of the rules. But apparently they would have been out anyway due to the engine problems. Now, there’s no use crying over spilt milk – as Siegfried said: better luck next year. Still, they’ll be missed for the rest of the rallye, those were some very strong performances!!!

Sven is not French and neither is Nasser, their chances are like a snowball in H—. It moves the Mitsus closer to the front (French)

Yes, Sig, it would be bad. Sven Quandt said on Eurosport 10 minutes ago that they are still negotiating with the A.S.O. It would be great for the race if Nasser and Tina would continue and fight for some more stages to win.

It would be to bad if he gets diqualyfied, Al Attiyah kept those VW’s honest. A huge time penalty would be the same as disqualification. Better luck next year.
